History
Robin Ruddy has been servicing the Real Estate needs of Nashville since 1998.
She originally moved to Nashville in 1986 to pursue a music career playing pedal steel, banjo, dobro and guitar. She ended up having many great opportunities and successes touring with artists such as Ray Stevens, Shania Twain, Randy Travis, Deborah Allen and Lynn Anderson. She has been on TV and on numerous recordings over the past twenty years and recieved a Grammy Award in 2005 for her participation in the Stephen Foster Beautiful Dreamer CD.
In real estate, Robin worked with The Realty Association, and Fridrich and Clark before earning her Broker's license in the spring of 2006. Once she was licensed as a broker, that allowed her and her husband Larry Sheridan, to establish their own company, Music Row Realty, which caters to people in the music industry and in the surrounding areas of Music Row and downtown Nashville.

Our office is fully equipped with integrated networks of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
